DatSov expands its secure comms and data sovereignty offering

DatSov, ProSolve’s security-first IT brand, has expanded its secure-communications offering with a new encrypted tier built around the principle of data sovereignty — giving organisations clear, auditable control over where their data is stored and who can access it.

The release pairs end-to-end encrypted messaging and VoIP with UK-resident data handling, alongside DatSov’s existing services in IT support, web design and email setup. The brand says the offering is aimed at organisations in regulated sectors that can no longer treat data residency as an afterthought.

“Sovereignty is not a feature you bolt on — it is an architecture decision,” DatSov’s engineering lead explained. “We built this so that the answer to ‘where is our data?’ is always one our clients can give with confidence.”

The tier is engineered around recognised UK security baselines, including the controls assessed under Cyber Essentials, and sits alongside DatSov’s published fixed-price catalogue of sovereign deployments, penetration testing and compliance services.
