The new identity-verification law, handled.
Since 18 November 2025, ID verification is mandatory for every director and PSC, with a final deadline of 18 November 2026. It's confusing, it's compulsory, and getting it wrong stops your company in its tracks. We build it into every formation — so it's never your problem.

Is the business bank account really free?+
Yes. Business banking setup is included in every package at no extra cost to you — we handle the ANNA account as part of your formation. You pay for the package; the banking setup itself costs you nothing.
Do I have to verify my identity to start a company?+
Yes — since 18 November 2025, every director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House by law. It's free through GOV.UK One Login, and walking you through it is part of every formation we do, so it never becomes a bottleneck.
How long does it take?+
Foundation typically completes within 5–7 working days. Launchpad takes 2–3 weeks and Launchpad Pro 4–6 weeks, driven mainly by website and brand work. Company registration itself is usually approved within 24 hours — the main variable is identity verification, which we guide you through on day one.
Is VAT added at checkout?+
No. ProSolve is not currently VAT registered, so the price you see is the full amount you pay. If that ever changes, we'll say so clearly before you buy — prices won't quietly change at checkout.
What if I already have some of this set up?+
No problem. Book a free call, tell us what's already in place, and we'll quote a reduced price for only what's left to do. We won't charge you to redo work that's already done properly.
