- Most “free website” bundles are DIY templates. Formation agents and banks throw in a site-builder login and leave the design to you. Ours is a custom-designed site, built by the studio behind our standalone £999 web design service — and you own it outright.

Can one company really handle formation, banking and the website?+
Yes — that is the whole point of a launch package. ProSolve files the Companies House incorporation, sets up ANNA business banking alongside it, and designs and builds the website in-house, so there is one contact, one fixed price and one delivery checklist instead of three suppliers to coordinate. Banking is always subject to the provider’s own KYC approval, which we prepare you for on day one.
What does the package cost?+
Launchpad is £1,999 one-off and includes company formation with banking setup, guided Companies House identity verification, a full Proton secure workspace with your custom domain, a five-page website designed for your business, a business phone system with IVR, three hours of consultancy and three months of aftercare. Foundation (£849) is the same launch core without the website and phone system; Launchpad Pro (£3,499) upgrades to a ten-page site with copywriting and full brand identity. ProSolve is not VAT registered, so the price shown is the full amount.
Is the website a template or actually designed?+
Designed. Most formation-plus-website bundles hand you a DIY site-builder template; ours is a custom-designed site built for your business by the same studio that does our standalone £999 web design work — your branding, your copy structure, built to be found by both search engines and AI assistants. You own the domain and the site outright.
How long does it take?+
Launchpad typically delivers in 2–3 weeks end to end. The incorporation itself is usually approved by Companies House within 24 hours of submission — the schedule is driven by identity verification (which we guide you through on day one) and the website build. Launchpad Pro runs 4–6 weeks because of the larger site and brand work.
Does the package handle the new identity-verification rules?+
Yes. Since November 2025 every director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House. Guided verification is built into every package, so it is handled before it can become a bottleneck.
What if I already have a company or a website?+
Then you only pay for what is left. Formation with banking setup is £299 on its own, basic web design is £999, and the Transform package (from £1,499) modernises existing businesses on a fixed quote. Book a free call, tell us what is in place, and we will quote only the remainder.
